* Jeani has lived on the North Shore of Kauai in Princeville since the end of the last century. That sounds like a long time, but it is only 6 years ago.  She comes from California where she owned a successful business in graphic design. 

* Jeani came to Kauai to find a home and learned a lot about Real Estate. She became a Real Estate Agent, to help people find that perfect Kauai dream home, or investment property.

* Jeani is a member of the Kauai Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors where she has a Featured Listings account to display her listings on their national REALTOR.com website.

Her listings can also be seen on the Hawaii Multiple Listing Service, and she advertises monthly in the Kauai Real Estate Book, the Kauai Real Estate Weekly, and Kauai Magazine.

* Being a full time Professional Realtor Jeani combines her many skills into one job career that is rewarding for her and her clients.

* Jeani and the staff of Keller Williams, Realty Maui, have a strict sense of standards and abide by the (NAR) National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics to protect and promote the interests of their clients. Under this code they are obligated to treat all parties honestly, respectfully and with the highest integrity.

* Jeani's hobbies include Photography, and Hula.

" I love Kauai's picturesque landscapes: the lush tropical foliage, the ever changing colors of Sky and Cumulous and the Sun whose refection glitters on the water and makes rainbows on the Mountains. The volcanic rock and coral coastlines that surround soft sandy beaches make a perfect venue for photography weddings and special occasions," she said.

* Three years ago Jeani started taking hula lessons, from Kumu Naomi Yokotake of the Hanalei O'Haulau.

* Her first performance was for the Hanalei Taro Festival in October 2002. (photo above)

* Volunteer Organizations:
Jeani has been a member of the Rotary Club of Kauai since 2005. She supports Rotarian efforts to better the community. 

* Other volunteer projects have been as a reading tutor at the Hanalei Elementary School, and as a member of the Church of the Pacific Jeani serves as a deacon and a council member.
